Job Description

As a Front End Engineer at Spark Space, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology stack and product offerings. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the small 3 person core team that will set the direction for our engineering culture and technological achievements.

Responsibilities

• Ship multiple product experiments a day in the product; ones that succeed we’ll take the time to build right and those that fail, we’ll remove quickly.  
• Ensure data tracking is in place to determine if experiments work.
• Collaborate to design and develop new AI powered features for middle and high school teachers and students.  
• Take ownership of the codebase and ensure high standards of code quality and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in front end web product development.
• Design and user experience sensibility so you can work with or without a designer for some features.
• A track record of successful projects that demonstrate your creativity and high standards in engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Location

This position is remote and available to candidates in North America and Central/South America.
