Frontend developer needed for decentralized e-commerce site

I am looking for a frontend developer who has experience building e-commerce platforms and can code animations. We are on phase 2 of a release of new code to improve and add more functionality to the application. We plan on releasing other functionality once the designs are created and technical details are ironed out. I do expect this to work to involve multiple projects so starting with this second phase, then moving onto other design implementations as they are ready. I would want someone who can operate on a per deployment basis and who has experience with react coding. Designs are 70% done and we can review them to make sure budget and timing align.
