Mobile Application Developer

This is a remote contract/freelance/part time position. An ideal candidate should be self-driven, able to handle multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that enhance user experience and meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user flows and ensure the performance and reliability of our applications across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and engaging user flows.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in application development.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate backend services and APIs using technologies such as MySQL and Tomcat.
• Maintain version control using SVN or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application functionality.
• Prepare the app for release on app stores like the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Skills + Qualifications

• Proficiency in mobile application development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with web design concepts and responsive design techniques.
• Familiarity with Linux environments for application deployment and management.
• Familiarity with mobile app testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of TypeScript for building scalable applications.
• Experience with WordPress for content management integration is a plus.
• Ability to create efficient user flows that enhance overall user experience.
• Awareness of mobile app security best practices and data protection
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work on a variety of projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and a passion for mobile technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Flexible schedule. Hours may vary depending on clients' needs. Contract/Freelance/Part Time position. You will be paid per project on a monthly basis.
