Plot codebase in graph database

Hi, I'm looking for someone with knowledge of graph databases and Neo4J who can help me on an MVP for a tool that analyzes a code-repo then plots the data-model, APIs, imports, functions and front-end nodes in a graph database. If you are successful on this project it comes with the opportunity to be (the, or one of the) lead engineers helping build a full-featured AI powered interactive visualization tool for managing complex software systems. Ideal candidate understands software architectural patterns, and could write functions that analyze codebase to identify good or bad patterns I.e. circular dependencies, stored procedures, SQL in the code.
